Filtering banner / empty audience

If you see “We’re currently filtering out prospects that can’t be targeted”, excluded lists and unreachable leads were removed.

• Start with a larger audience
• Import fresher reachable leads — Reachable vs unreachable

Campaign feels stuck

Check Campaigns → [campaign] → Stages (Pending, In-Sequence, Replied, Unresponsive, Failed).

• X account still linked
• Daily DM limits — Daily DM limits
• Schedule / time zones — Scheduling
• Sequence delays not excessively long

Personalization not working

Insert variables with the Custom Variable control — don’t type placeholders by hand — Personalize with variables.

Odd send times

Set the schedule in your timezone and confirm on the summary before launch — Scheduling.

Undelivered or failed icons

Older encrypted messages may show icons after X encryption changes — Undelivered · Failed to send.
