Sustainable outreach follows X’s rules — especially the Platform manipulation and spam policy. Inboxapp helps you stay inside product limits; you’re still responsible for how you message people.
Don’t try to “bypass” X limits, blast identical copy at scale, buy engagement, or scrape data outside authorized channels. Those patterns get accounts restricted.

What X cares about

You’re responsible for third-party apps you authorize on your X account. Use tools that respect platform limits — don’t stack multiple senders to force volume.

Stay under daily caps

X caps how many new contacts you can DM per day. Inboxapp stays within that ceiling on Pro — Daily DM limits. Practical habits:
  • Warm up new or quiet accounts gradually; don’t jump straight to the max
  • Prefer quality lists over maxing the daily counter every day
  • Treat the cap as a ceiling, not a target

Make messages look human

  • Vary copy across segments — don’t send the same paragraph to thousands of people
  • Personalize beyond {firstName}
  • Limit follow-ups (two or three max), then stop
  • Don’t dump tracking links or aggressive CTAs in the opener
  • Exclude people you’ve already contacted — Prevent duplicate messaging

Account hygiene

  • Prefer verified accounts for outbound DMs when possible
  • Keep the Chrome extension and Linked Accounts healthy — Messages not syncing
  • Don’t buy followers, likes, or engagement
  • Don’t scrape X outside official / authorized data access — use Inboxapp lead tools and imports you have rights to use
  • One authentic presence beats a farm of lookalike accounts

If delivery looks wrong

Undelivered or failed icons often mean platform or connection issues, not “send harder” — Undelivered · Failed to send. Pause, fix the account, then resume at a conservative pace. Still stuck? Contact support from the app.
