Bio search (database)

In Search Leads, use filters such as Bio → Contains to find profiles in Inboxapp’s prospecting database (for example, “investor”). Bio filtering applies to database profiles, not already-imported leads.

Segment ideas

Group by interest, engagement, role, or industry, then tailor messaging per segment.

Export filters

When exporting, filter by date, status, tag, source, or custom field instead of exporting everything — Export leads. Still stuck? Contact support from the app.
