Campaign not sending

Work through these in order.
  1. Filtering removed the audience. Before sending, Inboxapp removes excluded lists (for example Contacted), then leads that can’t receive DMs (closed DMs, private, suspended, and similar). Check that your excluded lists aren’t wiping the audience and that the starting list is large enough after filtering.
  2. Account or schedule. Confirm the sending account is still linked and the workspace timezone and send window are set — Scheduling.
  3. Paused for the day. When an account reaches its daily pace, new contacts wait until the next day — Sending pace.

“We’re currently filtering out prospects that can’t be targeted”

This banner means Inboxapp is keeping only reachable leads:
  1. Exclusion check — prospects on your excluded lists are removed.
  2. DM eligibility — profiles that can’t receive DMs are removed.
No action is required; the campaign continues with the remaining leads. If more are removed than you expect, review Excluded Lists, start with a larger audience, or import a fresher list — Reachable leads.

Campaign feels stuck

Open Campaigns → [campaign] → Stages and check:
  • The sending account is still linked
  • The schedule and time zones — Scheduling
  • Sequence delays aren’t excessively long

Personalization not working

Insert variables with the Custom Variable control. Don’t type placeholders by hand — Personalize with variables.

Odd send times

Set the schedule in your timezone and confirm the summary before launch.

Undelivered or failed icons

Older encrypted messages may show these icons after X encryption changes — Undelivered · Failed to send. Still stuck? Contact support from the app.
