Inboxapp links the accounts you’re signed in to in your browser. Sign in to X or LinkedIn in Chrome first.
  1. During setup, or later in Settings → Accounts, Inboxapp lists the accounts available in this browser.
  2. Click Link next to each account you want to connect.
  3. Your DMs start syncing in the background. You can keep using Inboxapp while they do.
If the Inboxapp Chrome extension isn’t installed, Inboxapp asks you to install it first and picks it up automatically. Only team admins can link accounts. Basic includes one linked account per platform; to link more, see Plans. Still stuck? Contact support from the app.
