Troubleshooting lead imports

Problem	Fix
CSV missing `username` or `id` / `user_ID`	Add a required column. See Import leads from a CSV
File too large or messy	Import smaller batches
Follower import smaller than expected	Check plan limits in Settings → Billing
Many leads removed after import	Unreachable profiles are filtered — Reachable vs unreachable
Previously contacted leads removed	Expected when excluded lists / Contacted protection apply — Contacted list
Import seems slow	Imports run in the background; refresh the list after a few minutes
