Import an existing list of leads with a CSV.

Steps

  1. Open a lead list (or create one).
  2. Click Add Leads.
  3. Choose Upload a CSV.
Your CSV must include one of these columns: User IDs are often more reliable when your export tool provides them.

Save either example below as a .csv file.

After upload

  1. Inboxapp analyzes the file and shows how many valid usernames or IDs it found.
  2. Click Import to confirm.
  3. Import continues in the background — you can leave the page.
