# Overview

> The API for sending and managing DM conversations across X, LinkedIn and more

Inboxapp is the single entrypoint to manage all your socials, starting with X (Twitter), with LinkedIn coming Q3 2026 and WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage and Instagram coming Q4 2026.

The API reads and acts on your team's conversations: send and receive direct messages, keep contact data in sync with your CRM, and react to events as they happen.

**For teams:**

* Manage all X DM conversations in one place
* Assign, tag, and track conversations
* Organize with tags and workflow stages
* Real-time collaboration

**For developers:**

* Programmatic access to all conversations
* Reliable message delivery
* Sync data with external systems
* Build custom integrations
*
