# Using the inbox

> Reply, mark conversations done, set reminders, search, and filter your Inboxapp inbox, with the keyboard shortcut for every action.

All your linked accounts land in one inbox. Pick a conversation to read and reply.

## Work through conversations

| Action | How | Shortcut |
| - | - | - |
| **Next / previous** | Click a conversation | `J` / `K` |
| **Reply** | Click the message box | `Enter` |
| **Mark done** | **Mark done** in the toolbar | `E` |
| **Mark not done** | **Mark done** again | `⇧` `E` |
| **Remind me** | **Remind me** in the toolbar | `H` |
| **Read / unread** | **⋯** menu | `U` |
| **Search conversations** | **Search conversations** | `C` |
| **Open profile** | **⋯** menu | `O` |
| **Open on the platform** | **⋯** menu | `⇧` `O` |
| **Upload media** | Attachment button | `⌘` `⇧` `U` |
| **Schedule a message** | Schedule button | `⌘` `⇧` `L` |

## Filter the inbox

Filter by unread, no reply, status, tags, assignee, or platform.

| Action | How | Shortcut |

| **Choose accounts** | Account switcher | `M` |
| **Show all accounts** | Account switcher | `⇧` `M` |
| **Unread only** | **Unread** view | `G` then `U` |
| **Assigned to me** | **Assigned to me** view | `G` then `M` |

## Assign and track contacts

The contact panel next to a conversation holds its **status**, **tags**, **assignee**, **valuation**, and **notes**. See [Organize contacts](/help/inbox/organize).

| **Assign** | `A` |
| **Set valuation** | `V` |

Press `⌘` `/` anytime to see every shortcut, or `⌘` `K` to open the command menu.
