# Campaign not sending

> Check excluded lists, reachable filtering, account link, schedule, and daily DM limits.

If a campaign isn’t sending, work through these causes.

## 1. Filtering removed the audience

Before send, Inboxapp:

1. Removes **excluded lists** (for example **Contacted**)
2. Removes **unreachable** leads (closed DMs, private, suspended, and similar)

## 2. Account or schedule

* X account still linked — [Add an X account](/help/account/how-to-add-an-x-twitter-account-to-inboxapp)
* Workspace timezone / send window configured — [Scheduling](/help/campaigns/build/scheduling-campaigns-across-time-zones)

## 3. Daily limit reached

New-contact sends pause until the next day when you hit the plan cap — [Daily DM limits](/help/campaigns/limits-and-safety/how-many-dms-can-i-send-per-day-on-x-twitter-with-inboxapp).

## Checklist

* Review excluded lists and remaining audience size
* Confirm account link and schedule
* Check daily usage
* Import fresher reachable leads if needed
