# Campaign filtering banner

> What “We’re currently filtering out prospects that can’t be targeted with this campaign” means.

When you see **“We’re currently filtering out prospects that can’t be targeted with this campaign,”** Inboxapp is keeping only reachable leads in the send.

## What’s happening

1. **Exclusion check** — prospects on your excluded lists are removed.
2. **DM eligibility** — profiles that can’t receive DMs are removed.

No action is required for the filter itself. The campaign continues with the remaining reachable leads.

If more leads are removed than you expect, review excluded lists, start with a larger audience, or import a fresher list.
