# Common campaign issues

> Fixes for filtering, stuck campaigns, personalization, time zones, and delivery icons.

## Filtering banner / empty audience

If you see **“We’re currently filtering out prospects that can’t be targeted”**, excluded lists and unreachable leads were removed.

* Review **Excluded Lists**
* Start with a larger audience

## Campaign feels stuck

Check **Campaigns → \[campaign] → Stages** (Pending, In-Sequence, Replied, Unresponsive, Failed).

* X account still linked

* Sequence delays not excessively long

## Personalization not working

Insert variables with the **Custom Variable** control — don’t type placeholders by hand — [Personalize with variables](/help/campaigns/build/personalizing-dms-with-custom-variables).

## Odd send times

Set the schedule in your timezone and confirm on the summary before launch — [Scheduling](/help/campaigns/build/scheduling-campaigns-across-time-zones).

## Undelivered or failed icons
