# Plans and credits

> Inboxapp and Pro pricing, what each plan includes, and how credits work on Pro.

Inboxapp has two plans today: **Inboxapp** for managing conversations, and **Pro** for sales and lead generation. Credits apply on **Pro**.

## Plans

### Inboxapp

**\$25 per month**, or **\$250 per year**.

Built for managing conversations and customer relationships.

**Includes:**

* Unified inbox
* CRM
* Unlimited tags and statuses
* 1 pipeline with up to 5 stages
* API access
* Webhooks

The Inboxapp plan does **not** include monthly credits.

### Pro

**\$79 per month per connected X account**.

Built for sales teams and outbound lead generation. This plan may change as we introduce a future Grow offering for campaigns; Pro remains available for sales use cases today.

**Includes everything in the Inboxapp plan, plus:**

* Lead lists and lead database
* CSV exports
* Multiple linked X accounts
* Campaigns (sales outreach)
* **100,000 monthly credits** per connected X account

## Free trial

Every new workspace starts with a **7-day free trial**, including **500 trial credits**.

These features need an active paid subscription:

* Campaigns
* CSV exports
* Credit packs
* Advanced API access (first-message outbound)

## Credits (Pro)

Credits are used when Inboxapp creates or enriches **new** lead or profile records.

### Rule

**1 usable lead or profile = 1 credit**

A usable profile is one Inboxapp successfully imports into your workspace. Unavailable, suspended, deleted, or failed profiles do not consume credits.

### What uses credits

| Scrape replies                      | 1 per new reply            |
| Scrape X list members               | 1 per new member           |
| Scrape X list followers             | 1 per new follower         |
| Upload a CSV or text lead list      | 1 per new imported profile |
| Add usernames or profiles to a list | 1 per new imported profile |

### What does not use credits

* Replying to and managing conversations
* Tags, statuses, notes, custom fields, pipeline updates
* Leads already in your workspace
* Duplicate profiles in the same import
* Suspended, deleted, failed, or unavailable profiles

### How imports are charged

Large imports reserve credits before processing. When the import finishes, Inboxapp refunds credits for existing leads, duplicates, failed rows, and unusable profiles. Only **new usable profiles** are charged.

**Example:** CSV with 2,000 rows → 150 existing + 100 duplicates + 50 unavailable = **1,700 credits** charged.

### Credit usage order

1. Bonus credits
2. Monthly included credits
3. Prepaid credit packs
4. Credit overage (if enabled)

### Monthly credits

Pro includes **100,000 credits per connected X account** each billing cycle. The Inboxapp plan does not include monthly credits.

### Credit overage

**\$0.005 per credit**

In **Settings → Billing** you can enable or disable overage and set a spending limit. If overage is off and you run out of credits, new credit-consuming jobs pause until credits are available again.

### Prepaid credit packs

Available on Pro:

## Advanced API access

**\$199/month** optional add-on: lets API integrations send the **first message** to new prospects. Replying to existing conversations through the API is already included.

## FAQ

**When are credits charged?** Only when Inboxapp imports or enriches a new usable lead or profile.

**Do replies use credits?** No.

**Are duplicates charged?** No. Existing and duplicate profiles are excluded from final usage.

**What if I run out of credits?** With overage on, jobs continue at \$0.005/credit. With overage off, jobs pause until you have credits again.

**Can I buy more credits?** Yes, on an active Pro workspace via prepaid packs.
